Stay Lite e-Course

The Stay Lite e-course is a 6 week e-course designed to keep you on track with your Healthy Eating and Weight Loss Program. You have worked hard to achieve your weight loss goals so we want to motivate you to stay lite.

The e-course is delivered to your 'in box' every week and aims to educate you about food and improving your health through the food that you eat. It is just like having your own personal food coach.

There are no meetings to attend and you can undertake the e-course at your own pace.
