D.I.Y Meal Plans - How To

It is easy to develop your customised meal plans based on your own requirements.  Just follow these easy steps and you will be on your way to losing weight before you know it!

 

(1)        Sign up for DIY Meal Plan and have your Members Login User Name and Password activated after payment processing.

 

(2)        Click into the members login section on the home page

 

(3)        After loggin on, click on the “DIY Meal Plans” link.

 

(4)        Create yourself as new user by putting in your personal details and review your Personal Information Summary.

 

(5)        Choose what food you would like to eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and beverages.  You can choose items from general, vegetarian, diabetic and gluten free menus.

 

(6)        Print your selected meal plans, recipes and shopping list.
